Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. She gained acclaim in the latter part of the 1970s and into the early 1980s when she starred in various television shows, where she typically portrayed the image of a glamourous woman. Fairchild's acting career started in 1973 as Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress was able to do so. In 1980 she took the role of Jennifer Wade on Flamingo Road (NBC), where she received a Golden Globe Award nomination for the Outstanding Actress for the Television Series Drama. The following year, she played the co-star of ABC's time-slot soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 and 1986 She played lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild also appeared in the stage, and also in appearances on TV shows such as Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. In fact, she was considered for the Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 because of her character in this program. She is a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
