 Cole was able to get an audition on Summerland after a visit to her mother Deborah Quinn (and her stepfather Shawn Christian), who are her parents and the father of her halfbrother Kameron Christian. Cole got the role of Erika Spalding, and then moved to Los Angeles to film. The actress was a guest in an episode of the CBS show NUMB3RS as well as appeared in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Bianca. On April Fool's Day, she played the role of Desiree in her horror remake. Cole was in the movie 12 Rounds, which was produced by WWE Films. It starred John Cena. Cole later became part of the main cast as a recurring character performing the same role in the early part of 2009. She starred alongside Tiffany Shepis in The Violent Kind. She played "Hot Neighbor" in the short-lived TV show Secret Girlfriend in 2009.In April 2010, she guest-starred in the NCIS episode "Guilty Pleasure" as DC accompanying Charlotte Cook. She played the assassin Vicky Roberts for a covert organisation from September 2010 until May 2011. In October 2011 she was in The Event's music video. She was cast as a character in CSI: Miami as Samantha Owens (a lab technician) in November 2011. In 2012, she had a recurring role in the A&E series The Glades as Jennifer Starke
